www.your-reservations.com implementation at global financial management and advisory company

Our customer was using Microsoft Outlook for managing the meeting room reservations. The customer has around 100 meeting rooms in the Japan office and managing these 100 rooms through Outlook by the reception staff was a very time consuming task. Users had no easy way to check room availability at a glance and needed to contact reception for reserving rooms, thereby increasing the need for more receptionists to manage and coordinate the meeting room bookings.

Localized intranet portal for leading global finance company

Our client had an existing global intranet portal managed and published from the U.S.
A centrally managed intranet portal is indeed a good design, however for their Japan-based operation this solution did not provide content localized for the Japanese language and was not feasible. Our solution was to develop an intranet portal for the client's Japan operations that was locally managed and had bilingual (Japanese and English) content.

Online recruitment solution for global pharmaceutical company

Our client had an existing paper driven recruitment process and wanted an experienced IT solutions provider to help them take this process online. Our solution was to have all stages of the recruitment process - from initial job advertisement, candidate management and screening, through to interview scheduling and job offers - placed online to achieve the greatest business effectiveness and efficiency.
