| December 2001 | EY Outsourcing Service Co., Ltd. (EYOS) established through joint investment by Ernst & Young Shinnihon Tax (currently Ernst & Young Tax Co.) and Business Brain Showa-Ota (BBS). |

| November 2006 | EOS Inc. obtains Privacy Mark certification. |
| December 2006 | EOS Inc. establishes Social Insurance Consulting Firm EOS. |
